CONTINUED REVIVAL IN STORE FOR DOWNTOWN BALTIMORE:
An interesting read about some of Baltimore’s plans to continue its path of revitalization. The article focuses mainly on public space, and Baltimore’s office vacancy rate. However, the point is Baltimore and some of its powerful residents are investing in their home - hoping to fill the empty office space, help reign in the city’s population decrease, and “unstall” stalled residential developments.
